Adventurin’ : Sawyer Camp Trail

13 Jun

One of my favorite sites to check out when I move to a new place or am interested in a new hobby is

I immediately got on meet-up to start looking for groups we might be interested in and tag a few areas of interest that we’d like to know if a meet-up was created for.

Soon thereafter, A Walking Meet-Up was created in a our very own RWC (Redwood City)… so I joined! A great way to meet new people, get some exercise in, AND find out about new places to see!! πŸ™‚ Shana is walking the 3Day Breast Cancer walk in Sept and wanted some motivation and accountability, so she created the meet-up for that reason!

The Sawyer Camp Trail is Awesome!!! So beautiful! Our first walk there, we saw a deer and it’s baby! Our 2nd walk there was beautifully sunny and we got 3miles down! It’s a 12mile trail in total! Paved and lined… for walkers, riders, runners, and bladers!

It’s located along the Crystal Spring Reservoir… Which also happens to be part of the San Andreas Fault!! Whew πŸ˜‰

So great… We will be back!
